Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items in one order. We cannot group two separate orders and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
The product received does not meet your expectations? Do you want to change the size, the color, or even purchase a completely different product?
At Herman 1874, we respect your choice. You simply need to return the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your package (excluding sale items) for a refund or exchange, as evidenced by the postmark.
Damaged, soiled, or incomplete items will not be accepted and any request for a refund or exchange will be considered void after the deadline.
Within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the products, Herman 1874 will refund the amounts already paid, less any shipping costs.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose when placing your order.
You can exchange an item for a different color or size, or for another item of the same price or cheaper. If it's cheaper, we will refund the difference. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive item, you must return the item and place a new order on our e-shop.
To proceed with the return or exchange, complete the form included with your package with the return codes and quantities, and in applicable cases, with the new size or color you wish to exchange for. Include this form with the items in the package. Reuse the original package. Stick the label with our address on your delivery address. Returns are at your expense, so don't forget to pay for postage. Note that you are responsible for the package until it reaches us, which is why we recommend registered shipments.
