Parcels are shipped on the same day of your order if it is placed before 11 am (excluding weekends and public holidays).

The delivery time is usually 2 days (48 hours) for Belgium and 2 to 3 days (72 hours) for Europe, with a maximum of 30 days. Your parcel will be delivered by UPS. Except in special cases or unavailability of one or more products, the ordered products are delivered all at once. In case of an order of products with different delivery times, the entire order will be delivered based on the longest delivery time. Please ensure to provide the correct address on the website and make sure to pick up the parcel in time. In case of return of the parcel due to non-pickup or accessibility issues, we will have to charge you for the reshipping costs without the possibility of recourse or damages. Also, please be aware that if you cancel the order following the return of the uncollected parcel and returned to Herman 1874, we have the right to deduct the shipping costs from the refund without the possibility of recourse or damages.

The package can be returned within 15 days following the purchase, only if the purchase was made on our website www.herman1874.com.

• The product must still have its labels attached.
• The product must be returned in its original condition and without any prior use on your part.
• The product must be returned in its box with the return slip filled out.

A copy of the return slip is found in the packaging (accessible from your account). As explained in our terms of sale, the return costs are exclusively the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to exchange the product, we will cover the shipping costs of the new chosen product. We reserve the right not to offer this possibility to anyone abusing the free exchange system.

If you plan to return the product because it is not compliant (defective, wrong color, etc.), please inform us before sending it back, otherwise, the return costs cannot be refunded to you. Upon receipt of your return package, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. The refund is made no later than 7 working days following the receipt of the package.
